How to Create a Tap-to-Text Link

QR codes and tap-to-text links are seamless ways to add subscribers, who can instantly access special offers or secret shopper experiences. Here's how to set one up:

1. Navigate to the "Links" section of the OneText dashboard.

2. Select either a Custom Flow or Core Flow:

   

   • Custom Flows are links that can be created and used anywhere

   • Core Flows are connected directly to an existing OneText automation (welcome flows, recovery flows, etc.)

3. Enter a title (for analytics tracking) and an "Incoming Message" that will pre-fill on the customer's messaging app.

4. Enter the message that will be sent automatically in response to the customer completing the opt-in.

   

5. Click "Create Flow Link" and use the link anywhere you'd like! You can create a custom QR code from the link using an online QR code generator—we recommend this one.
