How It Works

• We connect to your existing PayPal account during onboarding—if you don't have one, it only takes a few minutes to set one up

• All OneText purchases are processed directly through your PayPal environment

• Funds settle into your account just like any other transaction

How to Connect PayPal to OneText

1. Click the link provided by the OneText team.

2. Complete your business account verification on the PayPal website. This should be completed by the business owner or CFO.

3. ⚠ IMPORTANT ⚠ You must click the “Return to OneText” button to complete the process.

Reconciliation Made Easy

To simplify reconciliation and reporting, OneText automatically adds the PayPal Order ID, PayPal Authorization ID, and PayPal Capture ID to the order notes of every Shopify order placed through OneText. This makes it easy for your finance team to trace each OneText order back to its original PayPal record.
