Our integration with Gorgias ensures that these cases are handled efficiently by enabling automatic ticket creation within your Gorgias account.

  • Escalated support messages will be forwarded to the configured Support Email in your OneText Settings

  • Replies in Gorgias will be automatically sent as a text message to the customer

  • Any subsequent escalations in a 7 day window will be grouped in the same Gorgias thread

  • Gorgias escalations will come with the history of the last few text messages

  • We always CC the buyer so they will get replies by email as well
