If your Authorize.net Transaction Key is already saved, you do not need to create a new one. Simply send your CSM your Transaction Key via a direct message.

Steps to Integrate OneText with Authorize.net

  1. Log in to Authorize.net and click Account from the main toolbar.

  2. Click Settings in the main left-side menu.

  3. Click API Credentials & Keys. Select New Transaction Key.

  4. Click Submit to continue.

  5. Request and enter PIN for verification.

  6. Your new Transaction Key and API Login ID are displayed.

  7. Please copy and share your Transaction Key and API Login ID with helpdesk@onetext.com. We recommend using a tool like https://onetimesecret.com to share them securely.

    ⚠ IMPORTANT: only one Transaction Key can be active on your account.  You have 24 hours to add this new "Transaction Key" in your Shopify admin in the 'payments' section. If any other apps use your Authorize account (for example, legacy versions of Recharge), you’ll also need to update them with this new key. We recommend doing these updates immediately after creating your new transaction key.
