OneText Reporting on Shopify

OneText makes it easy to track, filter, and review all orders placed through SMS—right inside your Shopify dashboard. Every order placed through OneText is automatically tagged and annotated for clean reconciliation and easy reference on your store.
Tags You’ll See in Shopify
All OneText orders are automatically labeled with the following Shopify tags:
Text Order– Added to every order placed through OneTextRefill Order– Added to any order placed through our Refill system2nd Refill,3rd Refill, etc. – Shows which Refill number it is in the sequence
These tags make it easy to filter and report on OneText orders—separately from website orders.
How to Filter for OneText Orders in Shopify
To view all OneText orders:
Go to the Orders tab in your Shopify admin
Click “More filters”
Under “Tagged with”, enter:
Text OrderApply the filter to see all orders placed through OneText

You can also filter by tags like Refill Order or 2nd Refill to drill into subscription-related orders.
Conversation Links in Order Notes
For every OneText order, we automatically add a link in the Shopify order notes that takes you back to the original customer conversation inside the OneText dashboard.

This is especially useful when:
You want to verify how an order was placed
You’re reviewing an AI-assisted purchase
A customer has a question about the promotion or product they ordered
Just open the order in Shopify and check the Notes section—you’ll find a URL link to the customer’s OneText conversation thread. You can use this link to follow up with the customer directly or review the sequence of messages that led to the sale.
