OneText Refills are designed to be a frictionless way for customers to maintain a subscription. Need to cancel a customer's OneText Refill? Follow these easy steps:

  1. Navigate to the customer's thread by searching for their phone number in the Texts tab.

  2. Click on "View Brand Profile"

  3. Select "Shopper Profile” on the right side of the page, and then select "Cancel Subscription" towards the bottom

  4. Send a message to the customer confirming their refill is cancelled. Sample text below:

This message is to confirm we have cancelled your ongoing text refill. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
