Improved Phone Number Detection & List Filtering

What’s New

We’ve enhanced our phone number detection to better identify unreachable or invalid numbers at send time. In addition to our existing filtering, OneText can now more accurately detect and automatically remove landline and VoIP numbers before messages are sent.

They may have previously inflated send counts and subscriber list sizes. As a result, merchants may notice a slight decrease in list size after recent campaigns as these numbers are automatically removed during filtering.

AI Discount Improvements

We’ve significantly expanded AI purchase intelligence across pricing, discounts, and product recommendations.

What’s New

• AI can now calculate pricing for multiple items + applied discounts
  (Previously limited to one item with no discounts)

• Added a Global Minimum Discount field in Brand Settings

  • If a customer hesitates due to pricing, AI can automatically apply this minimum discount to the purchase offer

• Product specs handler now provides category-based recommendations when customers ask for a type of product (not just a specific SKU)
