Popup Editor Enhancements
(Dashboard > Popups > Popup Editor) Several new design and configuration options have been added to the popup editor, giving merchants greater creative control over their popup experiences.
What's New
Scratch-off element — Add a scratch-off overlay to any popup; visitors scratch to reveal content underneath with auto-reveal at 22% coverage. Includes 4 presets with full control over colors, textures, borders, and edge styles
Background image in canvas mode — Layer a full-screen background image behind draggable canvas elements without sacrificing canvas mode drag-and-drop functionality
Close button background color — Set a separate background color for the close (X) button alongside the existing icon color control

More design flexibility and creative control without leaving the popup editor
Enables interactive, gamified opt-in experiences with the scratch-off element
Eliminates previous limitations around background images and canvas mode coexisting

RCS Support in Flow Editor Message Step
(Dashboard > Flow Editor > Message Step) Merchants with RCS enabled can now compose RCS messages with rich content directly in the Flow Editor message step, with automatic SMS/MMS fallback for non-RCS devices.

RCS composition option appears in the message step alongside the existing SMS/MMS editor when RCS is enabled
Automatic fallback to SMS/MMS for subscribers on non-RCS-capable devices

Selling Plan Segmentation in Flows
(Dashboard > Flow Editor > Segments) Merchants can now segment flows based on whether a cart contains selling plan (subscription) items, enabling more targeted messaging for subscribers vs. one-time buyers.
What's New
New segment condition to branch on carts containing all, some, or no selling plan items
Route subscribers to subscription-specific messaging and non-subscribers elsewhere
Use it to skip subscription upsells for carts that already contain one, or target one-time buyers with different copy
Why This Matters
More precise flow routing based on cart subscription status
Reduces irrelevant messaging for customers who are already subscribed
Better personalization for both subscriber and non-subscriber audiences
Minor Releases
Segments Page Now Available to All Merchants
(Dashboard > Segments) The Segments page is now visible to all merchants in the dashboard navigation.

New Campaign Product Breakdown Report
(Dashboard > Reports > Campaigns) A new report shows which products sold and in what quantity for each campaign within a selected date range. Attribution is click-based only, matching the platform's standard attribution definition.
Columns: Campaign · Product · Units Sold · Orders
Campaigns with zero click-attributed orders are omitted from results
