Major Releases

Connect an AI Agent to OneText

(Settings > Authorized Users > Invite Team Members)

You can now connect an AI agent like Claude Code or Codex to your OneText account to help draft campaigns, pull lists, and check results.

What’s New

  • Invite the agent as its own user from Authorized Users - a +alias email works, so no new inbox needed

  • The agent can look up campaigns, pull Klaviyo lists, check delivery, and write and preview drafts on its own

  • Test sends, scheduling, canceling, and deleting drafts always need your OK first

  • Remove access anytime by deleting the agent’s email from Authorized Users

Why This Matters

  • Hand off campaign drafting and reporting checks without giving up control of what goes out

  • Nothing reaches a real phone without your approval

  • Works with the AI tools your team already uses
