Major Releases

Flow Builder UX Improvements

(Flows > Editor)

We shipped a major set of usability upgrades to make building flows faster, clearer, and more intuitive.

What’s New

  • Full-screen editor now opens by default when creating new triggers

  • Trigger type is selected before entering the editor

  • More prominent active actions and exit button

  • Larger step nodes with clearer landing zones

  • Animated flow edges for improved visual clarity

  • Better experiment split handling

  • Flow validation is now skipped for disabled steps

Popup Editor Enhancements + Unified Editor View

(Popups > Editor)

Popups received a major upgrade with a new unified editing experience and several quality-of-life improvements.

What’s New

  • Drag elements across pages without switching tabs

  • Clone individual elements at the page level

  • Hide/show elements by device (without deleting)

  • Clearer deletion behavior with improved accessibility

  • Convert popup buttons into links

  • CSV export for popup stats

  • Live opt-in rates shown directly on popup cards

Billing & Payments Overhaul

(Settings > Billing / Payments)

We delivered a large set of improvements focused on transparency, self-service, and billing reliability.

What’s New

  • Clearer billing layout with grouped usage and hover tooltips

  • Monthly totals added to breakdown tables

  • Card management moved to Payments for cleaner separation

Campaigns + Segments Improvements

(Dashboard > Campaigns)

Campaigns powered by Klaviyo segments now behave more predictably and accurately.

What’s New

  • Subscriber counts reflect only SMS-consented contacts

  • Campaigns send at expected rates—even when many users aren’t subscribed

  • Improved experiment handling inside flows

  • Ability to block products from AI recommendations (while still allowing recovery/manual selection)

  • Automatic Shopify product syncing on credential updates

Why This Matters

You get more accurate targeting, smoother sends, and better control over product recommendations.

Minor Releases

RCS Video Support

Flows now support MP4 video uploads (up to 1MB) directly in media components.

Brands can drag & drop videos or use hosted URLs—unlocking richer RCS experiences and carousel support.

Subscriber Import Page Updates

(Dashboard > Subscriber Import)

We refreshed the Subscriber Import experience for better clarity and usability, including a renamed page (formerly Consent), improved column selection, filename metadata for multi-file uploads, and removal of redundant terms and disclaimer checkboxes.

Contact Card page Improvements

We made usability improvements to the Contact Card experience, refining layout and interactions to make viewing and managing subscriber details faster and more intuitive.

We refreshed the Integrations page with a cleaner layout and improved organization, making it easier to discover, connect, and manage your integrations in one place.
