UTMs

OneText automatically adds UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters to your SMS campaigns and automations. This feature is on by default and can be changed to fit your preferences.

By default, these UTM parameters are added to your URLs:

• utm_source=onetext

• utm_medium=SMS

• utm_campaign=[campaign/automation name]

You can customize these parameters to better fit your tracking strategy by navigating to: Settings > Tracking.

Tags on Shopify

OneText automatically adds specific tags to your Shopify orders processed via text:

• Text Order: Added to every text order

• Text Refill: Applied to orders that are part of an active text refill

• Text Refill 1st Order: Applied to orders that are part of an active text refill

• Text Refill Repeat Order: Tagged to subsequent orders following the initial text refill order
