Flow Editor: Clone Steps + Thread Cloning

Cloning just got more powerful—making it easier to duplicate steps and entire threads so you can build and iterate on flows faster without recreating logic from scratch.

Why This Matters

ACH Linking in Payments
(Settings > Payments)
Merchants can now link ACH bank accounts directly within the Payments tab, making it easier to manage billing and settle balances without relying solely on cards.

Why This Matters
ACH support gives brands a more flexible payment option, helps reduce failed charges, and provides a smoother path to resolving outstanding balances—all directly from the dashboard.
Important note: Starting April 1st, credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee plus $0.30 per transaction. If you’d like to avoid those fees, we recommend switching to ACH. More information can be found here.
Webhook Triggers + Advanced Flow Parameters

Webhook Triggers are now live, enabling dynamic data to power your flows.

Minor Releases
New Shopify App Install Experience
(Settings > Integrations > Shopify)
We streamlined the Shopify connection process with fewer setup fields, clearer API permission guidance, and a simplified client ID + flow—making store linking faster and more reliable.
My Campaigns: Table + Grid Toggle
(Campaigns > My Campaigns)
We reintroduced the table view and added a toggle between grid and table layouts (defaulting to Table). Category filtering via tabs has also returned for easier navigation.
Overview Dashboard: Total Orders Card
(Dashboard > Overview)
We added a new Total Orders card to the Overview page.

Links & Keywords Page Revamp
(Dashboard > Links)
We refreshed the Links and Keywords pages with improved layout and usability.


AI Handling Improvements
We expanded AI intent coverage to automatically handle more shopper responses, and edge cases, improving how conversations are routed and resolved across the platform.
RCS Improvements
We shipped incremental enhancements to RCS performance and media handling, including smoother video uploads and improved message processing—laying the groundwork for richer RCS experiences going forward.
