OneText follows quiet hours on all campaigns and automations (except for the welcome and the first message of the checkout recovery). If a message is sent during the quiet hours, the message gets queued, and it will be at the end of the quiet hours.

The texting windows are:

  • 8 am - 9pm local time (US excluding Florida, Oklahoma, Washington)
  • 8 am - 8pm local time (Florida, Oklahoma, Washington)
