If you want to offer a discount, check the discount checkbox and choose your preferred type of discount. You can set a percentage, an amount, or a cashback if you use Fondue.

First Message

Add the content for the first message.

Select the trigger for the follow-up message. In this example, we will use any affirmative answer.

Follow-up Message

Add the content to include in your follow-up message, including images.

Product Choices

If you want to offer product choices, select Choices.

Add the choices by adding their label and their ID.

Testing

I always recommend sending a first test to your phone number.
To get a test on your phone, select Individual and add your phone number in the field and click Start Flow.

Recipients

Ready to go? Select Marketing List or Segment and then pick your Klaviyo list or segment from the dropdown.

Schedule

Want to schedule it? Click Advanced Flow Preferences.

Select the date and hour.

Timezone

Do you want to match the subscriber timezone? We have a feature for that! Select the Match customer timezones checkbox.

Tip: Let’s say you’re in California. If you select June 27 at 1 PM in the schedule flow and don’t select the match customer timezones checkbox, East Coast subscribers will receive your campaign at 4PM. If you select the timezones checkbox, the campaign will start being sent at 10 AM PST.

Instance Name

For tracking purposes, it’s best to write an instance name like: nameofthecampaig-date.

Click Start Flow.
