Here’s our onboarding process:

Sign Your Agreement

Signing the agreement starts your journey with OneText. After the agreement, you’ll receive an onboarding form where our success team will collect information about your store and setup.

Onboarding Call

Once you agree and fill out the form, you’ll be connected to one of our Customer Success Managers. For this call, make sure to include team members who will use and manage the SMS strategy for your brand. Our success team will introduce them to the platform during this call and complete the technical integration.

Migration

If you are migrating from another SMS platform, our team will help migrate and replicate your flows into the OneText platform, will share best practices to leverage text-to-buy (our magic! 🪄) and will also ensure that your list is 100% synced with OneText. Read here about our migration process.

Always in Touch

Even if you don’t have a dedicated customer success manager, you’ll get access to a direct communication channel with our success team, where you can send your questions or receive targeted optimization opportunities identified by our team. Also, in your OneText dashboard, you’ll have a chat widget that you can activate at any time to send our team a direct message.
